An-Ting Teng (b. 1995, Taiwan) is an artist who lives and works in London, UK., She holds a Master's in Photography from the Royal College of Art. Her practice includes photographic printing, artist books, and Ceramics. She investigates unconventional materials for photographic prints through experimentation with chemistry and light. She collects everyday materials, both natural and man-made, drawing from her archive of source material, in which the materials she finds and their contents form intimate dialogues. From everyday materials to unexceptional encounters, her works constantly refer to their own fixed structures, establishing connections that linger. These encounters with mediums generate stories that bring together elements of memory, nature, and longing. An’s work has been exhibited in Taiwan, UK and the Netherlands.
